Foreign Minister Maas speaks on the phone with US Secretary of State Pompeo
A Federal Foreign Office spokesperson issued the following statement today:
Foreign Minister Heiko Maas spoke on the phone today (7 May) with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
During the conversation, Secretary Pompeo expressed his regret that the meeting planned for today needed to be postponed. Both sides agreed they would find a new date soon. Foreign Minister Maas expressed his understanding for the rescheduling.
